Health is a force that brings joy to our lives and enjoyment to the workplace. Loss of happiness and a worker’s disability are one and the same, the consequences of which are an inability to work, unemployability, a loss of one’s independence in life, and the introduction of health and disability insurance cover (a pension). One’s health is no inexhaustible resource and everyone is obliged to do their upmost to maintain and improve their own health. Young girls have carry a particularly big responsibility towards their own health as eventual wives and mothers to be.
Gesundheit ist eine Kraft die uns Freude am Leben und Freude an der Arbeit gibt. Verlust der Lebensfreude bedeutet: Behinderung der Arbeitskraft – die Folge: Arbeitsunfähigkeit, Invalidität, der Mensch verliert die Selbstständigkeit im Leben, die kranken- und Invaliditätsversicherung muss eintreten (Rente). Die Gesundheit ist keine unerschöpfliche Kraft und jeder Mensch hat die Verpflichtung alles zu tun, was die Gesundheit erhält und stärkt. Das junge Mädchen hat eine besonders große Verantwortung – als spätere Frau und Mutter – die trägt die Gesundheit in sich.
